Introducing Octavia also known as 'Conscious Rosee' on social media. Sista Rosee is a Southern Belle born and raised in GA. She is a Certified Holistic Doula, Breath-work Facilitator, Sound Healer, Energy Healer, Herbalist, and Mommy of 1. Through her 5 years of holistic healing she has been able to treat her own depression and anxiety, treat her own eczema and other skin conditions, treat PMS, naturally treat vaginal issues, help women with fertility, and help aid people who deal with spiritual and mental struggles. Sista Rosee is very passionate and love being able to nurture her community from a holistic approach. She is very passionate about childcare development and advocates for Black Maternal Health, Black Mental Health no matter the age, and Black Love. Sista Rosee believes in using  African/Caribbean traditions for healing the spirit, mind, and body. Sista Rosee also believes that their is an importance in teaching black youth girls about Rites of Passage and to bring more black women into their femininity through understanding the sacredness of homemaking through holistic healing. In the near future she plans on creating youth programs for black girls to bring back the focus on Traditional values and customs, Feminine Hygiene, and Doulaship.  She is currently located in Columbus, Ga and serves her community and surrounding areas with her healing and guidance.
